Job Opening Outpatient mental health clinic is recruiting an additional Psychiatrist due to growth of their service. The clinic is comprised of a staff of 11 providers that include 2 other fulltime psychiatrists, social workers, psychologists, RN’s and ARNP’s. In addition to providing patient care, the department is enthused about enhancing their relationship with the residency program at the University of Kansas School of Medicine –Wichita which is located in town. This is a desirable work environment with clinic hours that are Monday – Friday 8:00 to 4:30. New patient appointments are an hour, existing patients 30 min. Weekend call responsibilities will be 1:3 and are relatively relaxed. The compensation package includes an excellent starting salary as well as 30 days vacation, 10 paid holidays, CME, up to $60,000.00 in student loan repayment, house hunting trips and paid relocation.
